using LOW IMPACT workouts have completley changed the way my stomach looks. WHY? because when you use slow and controlled movements you are engaging your core & with proper breathing & posture helping your rib flare. I always thought hours of cardio would help me fix it but it really it all came down to proper breathing when doing any type of exercise.
