The City Councilmember ordered Tacos for everyone at the city hall meeting & the City Manager was pissed he didn't ask her permission 😑 😳 😒 she is a Taco hater and obviously does not like Tacos. If she knew she was being recorded, she would have never done this. The guy walking in is the City Attorney & she walked away when he came in. She was yelling at the city council
