If you are familiar with the postal system, you’ll know there’s a big increase in postage when you go from 50g to 51g 😅 For example, international lettermail jumps from $5.21 to $8.60 💀 And because I didn’t plan out my items and weigh them in advance… I cost myself over $2000 in extra postage 🫠 If I had known earlier, I could have trimmed off the blank ends of the letter sheets by a tiny bit and been under the 50g weight limit.
