Chasing a Multi-Vortex Tornado inside the bear's cage! I don't usually end up this close. We had to drive East and South quickly to get out of the way before it crossed the road and turned into a large tornado. It's always important to have and escape route when tracking tornadoes! This tornado was rated an F-3, before the enhanced fujita scale was put into use. It touched down in Nicollet County, Minnesota in August of 2006. #tornado #storm #Minnesota | Melanie Metz Storm Chasing
