Broadclub cuttlefish (Sepia latimanus) on a coral reef. The broadclub cuttlefish is widely distributed around the shallow coral reefs of the Indo-Pacific region. It feeds on fish and crustaceans, and can reach up to 50 centimetres in length. Like all cuttlefish, it can rapidly change the colour and texture of its skin, using this ability to communicate with other cuttlefish, stalk and mesmerise prey, and as camouflage.
