Hand stitching the outsole on these leather boots! Here we are using a sewing awl to saddle stitch the rubber @dr_sole_originals outsole to the leather midsole. This was my first attempt at stitching down a rubber outsole as I’ve found ways to avoid it up to this point, so why not jump right in on it with this beautiful @maryam_tannery_italy pair of boots. I used the landis 12k without thread to poke all the stitch holes evenly and then hand stitched in to be able to use a matching thread color
