lngredients:•4 medium potatoes•150 g flour•300 ml milk•2 eggs-Salt to tasteProcedure:Cook the potatoes in a saucepan until they are cooked. Mash them well and add the milk, eggs and salt. I recommend using a blender to mix so as not to leave lumps. When the dough looks like the one in the video, cook it in a pan, about 2-3 minutes from the side over medium heat .If you like, you can add herbs, as in my case I did with parsley.
