Mick and Adele headed straight over and started digging in the hope they would find the snake. Carpet Python Eats Dog Blanket?! Crazy! This is one of the most ridiculous things I have seen whilst catching snakes. Westy and I arrived at a home to find a decent sized Carpet Python trying to eat a dogs blanket. It had over a foot of the blanket inside itself already. The snake must have thought the blanket was a small mammal and decided to eat it. Thankfully the snake regurgitated up the blanket and was all good for release.
