The biggest lie in self-help is this: You don’t “find” yourself. People spend their whole lives searching, as if who they are is buried somewhere far away. But you’re not hidden treasure... You’re not waiting under a rock to be discovered. You don’t find yourself. You invent yourself. That’s why the Torah says: לא בשמים היא It’s not in Heaven. Not distant. It’s right here; in your mouth, your heart, your action. Life isn’t about discovering who you are. It’s about tearing away the false picture,
