Cadillac really went off the deep end with this one... and honestly, it's what made the Allanté iconic. They literally hand-built the bodies in Italy, flew them across the ocean on 747s, and finished the cars in Detroit. The same guy designing Ferraris at the time helped style this thing, and GM was out here shipping them like luxury cargo. Wild era. Wild idea. And now?
