abuelita meets paris 🙂‍↕️ i couldn’t decide if i wanted chocolatey-luxurious french hot chocolate or classic & nostalgic abuelita. so i did both! FULL RECIPE IS ON MY BLOG! but here are the ingredients: 1/2 Abuelita tablet (half of one circle) 1 liter whole milk (1000 g) 1 stick of cinnamon 200 g dark or semi-sweet chocolate (60–70% preferred), chopped 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional but smart) #hotchocolate #mexican #french #abuelita #parisian
