Some exercise modifications I’ve made now that I’m well into the 2nd trimester of pregnancy! A few important reminders: ➡️No, you absolutely do not have to perform back squats, deadlifts from the floor, bench press, or barbell hip thrusts - pregnancy or otherwise. You technically don’t have to lift with barbells ever!
