The US military says three service members have been killed in action during its operation on Iran, as Israel targets sites in the "heart" of Tehran.

Iran's Revolutionary Guards is reported to have targeted the USS Abraham Lincoln, as strikes are reported in Tel Aviv, Dubai, Doha and Bahrain's capital.
